An investigation was underway Sunday after a 3-year-old was reunited with her father after she was found alone at the Grove shopping center in L.A.’s Fairfax neighborhood the previous day.
She was reunited with her father Sunday, LAPD stated in a news release around 2:40 p.m.

Parking attendants said a woman dropped off Audrey, 3, at the vallet around 6 p.m. Saturday, according to a Los Angeles Police Department news release.
She was left “with a car seat, but nobody arrived to pick her up,” it stated.
“Nobody came by, so they (parking attendants) called us. We came out, still tried to locate the parents. Nothing,” LAPD Lt. Lonnie Tiano said.
“We’ve been hoping all night that the parents or guardian would come by and say, ‘where is my child?’” Tiano said early Sunday morning.
The Department of Children and Family Services was investigating.
