Brooklyn, NY – Thousands of people turned this morning in Borough Park for the funeral of the Skulener Rebbe, Rabbi Yisroel Avraham Portugal.
The Skulener Rebbe passed away last night in Baltimore following a long illness at the age of 95.
The area in front of the synagogue was a frozen zone by the NYPD for the duration of the funeral.
