Air Force One is scheduled to arrive at Los Angeles International Airport late Friday morning. The President will be in Santa Monica for a fundraiser lunch before departing LAX Friday afternoon for Palm Springs International Airport.

The President will meet Friday and Saturday with Chinese President Xi Jinping at Sunnylands, the Annenberg Retreat in Rancho Mirage.

Sunnylands was built in the mid-1960s as a winter home for Walter and Leonore Annenberg. It has been a host site for visits by presidents, British royalty and other world leaders.

The meeting is President Obama’s first with Xi Jinping since he became China’s president.
