BREAKING: Two Men Stabbed in Old City

Two men were stabbed in Jerusalem’s Old City tonight.

A teacher in the Breslov Hasidic seminary Shuvu Banim, and another man, were stabbed by an Arab assailant. One is in moderate condition, and the other was wounded lightly.

“The man in light condition had wounds on his neck and hands,” said Erez Gati, the MDA paramedic who treated the victim onsite, to Tazpit News Agency. “The wounds on his hands were probably inflicted while he was trying to defend himself.”

The victim in moderate condition was wounded in his shoulder. He is fully conscious.

Both were taken to Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center.

One Arab was arrested by police as a suspect in the attack.
