Cajun-Rubbed Red Snapper

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 to 6 red snapper fillets
  • oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Place fillets into the bowl and rub each piece with the spice mixture, covering completely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry each piece on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
