Have you seen him? Shmuel Eisen has been missing for 3 days. Missing since Friday morning 1/2/15. Family is very concerned about his well being. If you do see Shmuel he is approachable and a very nice and gentle man. He speaks fluent Hebrew, English and Yiddish.
