The Hamas prime minister’s one-year-old granddaughter brought to Israel suffering from severe inflammation in her gastrointestinal system and what appeared to be nervous system problems resulting from it.

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh’s granddaughter was returned to the Gaza Strip Monday night after being admitted to an Israeli hospital on Sunday for emergency treatment.

Haniyeh’s granddaughter was brought to Israel suffering from several inflammation in her gastrointestinal system and what appeared to be nervous system problems resulting from it.

Israel Hayom confirmed with Palestinian Authority sources in Ramallah that the one-year-old girl was brought to Israel after officials in the PA Health Ministry contacted their Israeli counterparts.

Haniyeh’s son posted a status on Facebook asking for everyone to pray for his granddaughter’s health, saying she was in very serious condition.

Gaza and West Bank authorities confirmed that the child was brought to Israel for treatment, though they did not specify which hospital.
