Ein Yabrud (TPS) – An Israeli army guard post near the Palestinian city of Ramallah was attacked on Wednesday night by Palestinian assailants who threw rocks and hurled burning tires, causing a fire to erupt at the post, known as a pillbox.

The outpost, which is located between the Palestinian village of Ein Yabrud and the Jewish community of Orfa, suffered some exterior damage but no one was hurt during the incident as the post appeared to be unmanned at the time of the attack.

Hebrew writing on the post’s concrete exterior reads: “No smoking.”
