Osem has released a product alert for its ‘Dubonim’ bear-shaped snack food, in 40-gram bags. A defect that led to the texture being difficult to chew and is not typical of the product.

Consumers are asked not to consume the product and are invited to call consumer service at 1-700-70-76-76 for an alternative product.

Osem is working to collect the product from the shelves. The Ministry of Health has updated the subject.
