An Israeli man in his 30s was shot and killed today (Wednesday) outside his home in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The victim used to live in southern Israel and in recent years he has been living in the United States. Police are searching for the suspect, a resident of the city who fled the scene.
US media is reporting that the shooting took place at about 2 am local time. The was talking to the suspect outside the house when suddenly the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him several times.

Medical teams called to the scene attempted to resuscitate the victim, but he was declared dead at the scene.
