The targets hit included at least four multi-storey buildings used by Hamas, including a building housing Hamas’ military intelligence offices.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad have issued several statements warning that they will expand the range of rocket fire to Israel’s major cities including Tel Aviv if the IDF bombardments do not stop. According to Palestinian reports, Egyptian mediation efforts have resumed.
